§1 Terms of use and legal information

The business relationship between the customer and Cleoo.ch is exclusively subject to the following terms and conditions. Cleoo.ch does not accept different conditions of the orderer, unless Cleoo.ch has expressly agreed to them in writing. By accessing cleoo.ch you declare that you have understood and acknowledged the following conditions of use and legal information associated with this website (and the elements contained) of the cleoo.ch operating company Cleoo GmbH. If you do not agree with the following conditions please refrain from accessing cleoo.ch.

§2 Copyright

All items on this site exclusively belong to cleoo.ch (especially copyright and other rights), unless otherwise stated. The items are only freely available for browsing purposes; If elements in whole or in part in any form - electronic or written - being reproduced, then the consent mentioning cleoo.ch will be required. Furthermore, the consent must be obtained from cleoo.ch for the re-opening of any elements. The published data descend from different sources. Should there be a justified reason for the deletion of any data then these changes will be made immediately by cleoo.ch. 

§3 Ownership of the website

No part of cleoo.ch is designed that either a license or the right to use any image or logo is acknowledged. By downloading or copying of cleoo.ch you will not be given any rights with respect to the software or material of cleoo.ch. Cleoo.ch reserves all rights (particularly copyright) in respect of all elements on cleoo.ch and all opportunities of enforcement of these rights to the full extent.

§4 Contract completion 

Your order represents a purchase agreement .When you place an order with cleoo.ch, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and its details (order confirmation).
Cleoo.ch sees itself only as an intermediation platform. Cleoo.ch does not offer any articles and is itself not a contracting party. The business relationship is formed only between the offering partners and the registered users. Also the fulfilments of those contracts made on the Cleoo.ch website are exclusively between the parties mentioned. There is no right to withdraw from the contract because the orders are custom made and perishable goods. Furthermore, cleoo.ch is not intended for people who are subject to a jurisdiction that prohibits the publication or availability of cleoo.ch (on grounds of nationality of the people concerned, residence or other reasons). People, to whom such restrictions may apply, have not got permitted access to cleoo.ch.

§5 Caveat Emptor 

Cleoo.ch does not warrant or guarantee that information given on this website is accurate, complete or up to date. All information on cleoo.ch may be changed or deleted at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the offering partmers that the information on pricing and products are correct. Member's entitlement to use the cleoo.ch website and its functions exists only within the framework of the current state of the technique. Furthermore, cleoo.ch does not take any responsibility and gives no guarantee that the functions on cleoo.ch will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that cleoo.ch or the relevant servers are free of viruses or harmful contents.Cleoo.ch limits its services at times when this is required in terms of capacity limits, the security or integrity of the server or to carry out technical actions and if this serves the proper or improved provision of services (maintenance).

§6 Confidentiality

 

The information you give on cleoo.ch (name, address, telephone number, email, password) will only be
used in order to provide better service and will of course not be passed on.

§7 Conditions for the use of cleoo.ch

You must have an email address in order to become a cleoo.ch user. Registration is only without restriction to legally capable natural people. Only one person can be registered per email address. As a registered user you also always have the possibility of bringing up your earlier orders again under the Users Menu.

§8 Delivery

If the final delivery address & postcode is different to the originally selected postcode, then an extra delivery charge might be applied. Should the final delivery address be outside the delivery area of the selected restaurant operation, then the order will be cancelled.

§9 Complaints and liability for defects 

Should there be a complaint for cleoo.ch purchased goods, then you must turn to the restaurant from which you had ordered your goods. This way the delivering restaurant takes on their complaint. Cleoo.ch is not responsible for any misprints /spelling mistakes or any price differences. Any liability of cleoo.ch (including negligence) for damages or consequential damages, which result from the access on the elements of cleoo.ch or its use (or from the inability to access or the use of it), is excluded. In particular cleoo.ch is not responsible for none, or late arriving orders or their quality.

§10 Prices 

If additional side dishes are added in the comments section, then this will be charged extra with the delivery of the food. The price of the respective offer is the final price including VAT and other price components.

§11 Credit Card Payments

If there are any complaints or incidents in which a part or the whole delivery should be refunded, then this will be done via bank transfer. Online payments via credit cards are accepted for everything except tobacco products.

§12 Sales to minors 

The law prohibits the sale of spirit drinks, aperitifs, and alcopops to a person under 18 years, as well as wine, beer and cider to the under 16's. To comply with legal requirements in particular in the web shop, we may require that you provide your date of birth. Our wine consultants are entitled at all times to verify the age of the customers using ID with age information. Shopping is permitted to the above 18 years only.

§13 Links to Other Sites

Cleoo.ch has not verified any websites that are "linked" to this website and is not responsible for the
contents of these sites. The use of links to these sites is at your own risk.

§14 Improper Use

Improper use of this site will be monitored and prosecuted.

§15 Applicable Law

 The Swiss law applies under the UN-purchase right.
